Games shows are my new reality

These days, I feel, life is like a freakin’ roller coaster! I don’t like roller coasters! All of the ups and downs these past 7 months makes my stomach hurt!

What I have found helpful to calm my stomach is laughing! Laughing while watching all of the new Game Shows has been wonderful therapy! These aren’t just any ordinary Game Shows of the 80’s and 90’s! These are belly laughing, funny Game Shows! Cannonball, Don’t, Game On and Holey Moley are hilarious! It’s a healthy distraction from all of the other news on TV!

Researchers have found that laughing reduces stress, boosts our immune system (we all need that), lowers our blood pressure and improves brain functioning! Laughter might just be the best medicine, helping you feel better and putting a spring back in your step!

These Game Shows are silly, funny and goofy! Don’t you think we could all use a little more silly, funny and goofy in our daily lives right now? So, for one hour a night, allow yourself to get off this crazy roller coaster and laugh a little! I guarantee you that if you watch these shows you and your family will laugh out loud and relax for a bit! Enjoy!

If we couldn’t laugh, we would all go insane
